Man charged in death of woman by scalding

A 25-year-old Baton Rouge man has been indicted on a negligent homicide charge in the February death of an elderly woman allegedly left in a bathtub of scalding water.
Warren Lee, 11930 Forest Oak Court, was charged late Wednesday by an East Baton Rouge Parish grand jury.
Lee and Grace for Grace Personal Care Services in Baton Rouge also face a civil lawsuit in the death of 75-year-old Rosie Mae Johnson, of Baton Rouge. Read More
